We strive to be fair in all our dealings with clients, interpreters and translators.

Interpreting rates* are:

£33.00 + VAT per hour Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, in-person and video appointments.

£40.00 + VAT per hour Monday to Friday 6pm - 8am, weekends and Public Holidays, in-person and video appointments.

*travel fees apply

£8.25 + VAT per 15 minutes Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, telephone appointments.

£10 + VAT per 15 minutes Monday to Friday, 6pm-8am, weekends and Public Holidays.

Translation rates are:

£29.50 + VAT documents 300 words or less.

£9.50 + VAT per 100 words documents over 300 words.

Clients will be charged for the booked duration of the appointment, or the actual duration of the appointment, whichever is longer.

The minimum appointment length is one hour.

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.

Translations can be cancelled free of charge within an hour of our receipt of the document. After one hour, the document will be charged in full.
